Here's how it works
Select each course:
Optional Appetizer Course -
(this course is optional, add any appetizer for an additional $5.00)
~Chef's Antipasta Sampler - prosciutto, stuffed artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella caprese, grilled vegetable caponata
~Tomato-asiago bruschetta with pesto crostini
~Roasted Portobello-fontina multigrain flatbread with balsamic roasted shallots and white truffle oil
Each Person Chooses a First Course:
~Bacio House Salad, baby field greens, Roma tomatoes, cucumbers and gorgonzola tossed in a strawberry-balsamic vinaigrette with herbed croutons
~Caesar salad with parmesan and herbed croutons and creamy Caesar dressing
~Roasted Tomato soup with orzo
~Bacio's Signature Wild Mushroom Soup with sweet Marsala cream
Select a Second Course each:
~Filet Medallions stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola with wild mushroom cream sauce
~Risotto crab cakes with pesto aioli served over a salad of baby field greens, tomatoes and cucumbers with lemon-pepper vinaigrette
~Milanese chicken breast topped with roasted eggplant pomodoro and fresh mozzarella
~Pesto-grilled shrimp and crabmeat risotto with sundried tomatoes and asparagus
(add jumbo lump crabmeat or shrimp to any dish for $5.00)
Select one side each person:
Fresh Vegetable Medley, Broccoli rabe with roasted garlic and extra virgin olive oil, Rosemary-roasted red bliss potatoes with parmesan or Polenta Bolognese (add $2.50 for polenta)
