Heat covered at 400 degrees for 45 minutes and uncovered
for 15 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving
Item is fully cooked: Heat at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or
until hot
For Pasta:
Dip pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes and strain. Heat sauce and toss with pasta
For Flatbreads, Crab Cakes, Cigars, Fried Shrimp, Chicken Satays, Spanikopita, Scallops, Strudel,
Pigs in a blank:
Bake on an oiled sheet tray at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crispy
For Mussels & Clams:
Place pan in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes covered until all are opened.
For Tilapia, Salmon, Swordfish:
Place pan in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes covered until hot.
For Filet, Prime Rib & Pork Loin:
Place pan in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
covered until hot.
For Foccacia Bread:
Place on a cookie tray and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15
minutes until crispy brown.
